Every professional typist/data entry/receptionist I know uses the delete button. Sysadmin's tend to be about 50/50 (it doesn't always work in console/Terminal depending where you're ssh'd). Every "regular" person I know actually doesn't. So which one are you?

Do you mean as opposed to the backspace button? I use both depending on what the situation calls for.
