Any games in 2011 brake into your top ten games of all time?

Bastion, ICO HD, Shadow of the Colossus HD were easily the best games I have played this year and each gave me a great experience.

Any games in 2011 brake into your top ten games of all time?

No....but the DLC from New Vegas (all released this year) helped push it into my top 10. Which means that three 2010 games are in my top ten (#1: Mass Effect 2, #5: Red Dead Redemption, #10: Fallout: New Vegas). Man...last year was awesome.

There were a ton of good games, but nothing truly excellent. Well... maybe DE:HR or Portal 2. Maybe.

And Shadow of the Colossus HD is just a re-release of a game that came out in... 2003 was it? Except y'know, in HD.

It would be absolutely impossible for me to make a list. There are just far too many games I adore.

Dark Souls. Everything else I have played this year has been a massive "meh".

This year? Nothing I can think of, although it HAS been a pretty good year overall.

Marvel vs Capcom 3, Mortal Kombat, Portal 2, Infamous 2, Arkham City, and Pokemon White were all winners in my book, but I'm not sure if I would put any of them in my "Best games ever" list (unless you count every Pokemon game as the same, in which case, White is on the list).

Then again, I missed out on a quite a few games this year. I still have yet to play Bulletstorm, Catherine, Mario 3D, and Skyrim, so one of those might crack my top ten.

Really, really enjoyed Dark Souls the most out of all the games this year and it's definitely one of my favorites. There were a lot of really good games this year, but nothing else that I'd really put on my favorite list.

I found Bastion to be a damned brilliant experience and probably my favourite of the year. Still I tend to measure my 'all time favourites', for what little that's worth, by their lasting power as opposed to just the initial ooooh's and ahhh's.

If I'm still thinking about and playing any games from 2011 a couple of years from now, that's when I'll know they're something special.

Dude, you have to finish ghost trick, the ending of it is sooo fucken awesome, it will be on your top 5 after you beat it.

Skyrim is ~#7 for me.

I haven't played as many games as I would have liked to this year, but I also have not been excited to try many games that were released this year.

Skyrim and Saints Row 3 for me. I haven't got many games that came out in 2011, but those two are definitely pretty damn good. Well, not sure if SR3 is in my top 10, but I love it.

Nothing released in 2011 would make my personal all time top 10 list. Skyrim has been a bright spot for 2011, but still won't make the list.

Nothing this year has hit me like Dark Souls has.

I was in tears when it ended, and started up new game plus while my face was still puffed. God, I fucking love that game. #3 on my lifetime top 10.
