For those who do not know what I am referring too, Dub step is an emerging sub genre of electronic music; drawing influences from Drums And Bass, to Reggae and Dub. Songs are somewhat bombastic and primarily composed of bass wobbles, deep melodies, dub snares, reverb, complex syncopated beats, and a variety of vocal samples: ranging from Jamaican MC's, Bricktop quotes from "Snatch", and Gregorian style chants. Propagated largely by young British DJ's from south London to Bristol. Rusko, Benga, Caspa and Skream are good places to start.

For the Dub step enthusiast: what are your favorite cuts? Rusko is really where I started and he still holds up even if his is more commercial and what-not. I also like Machine by Marlow.

Saw Rusko and Caspa a few times last year, pretty sure Ruskos what I first heard.
[small]Quite like his Pro Nails [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-YhQ7BetDdM] Remix & prefer his version of Jahova when it's both him and Caspa.[/small]

But since I've turned to faster, happier things like DnB.
I'll most definitely go to a dubstep night if anything plays near me though, just listen to it less at home and it doesn't work as well for house parties unless everyone is stoned.
