This evening, I'm having Commander Shepard's N7 emblem tattooed on my right pec. I am curious as to whether any other escapees have gaming art on their bodies. If yes, what, and what was it about the game that made you get it? Discuss.
This has made you one of my favourite people.Cooklez said:I've got "The fear of blood tends to create fear for the flesh" down my arm, the Aperture logo on my ankle, and the Halo of the Sun on my right shoulder. I'm getting another Portal one (possibly a combustible lemon on my left shoulder) to even out the numbers.

well, that's not quite what it's about. at least, for me, there's more to it. for example, commander shepard is a true hero. i'm not getting the tattoo because i like mass effect. i mean, i do, i love it, but i'm getting it because i like to remind myself a)that my actions have consequences, b) there is more than one way to handle every situation (paragon/renegade) and c) that i'm an unstoppable badass. i like what shepard stands for, what he/she represents, and everything bioware has allowed me to do vicariously through the character. mass effect, and bioware games in general, is very good at telling you things about yourself that you didn't ask to know.macacos2 said:I'm sorry, but if I'm ever getting a tattoo I'd like it to say something original about me.
Having the idea of someone else carved on my skin just because I liked their product sold to a couple million of people just seems extreme(ly stupid) to me.
