Are Overwatch Toys Really Hot

While visiting forums and different communities like & i have noticed that there are lots of merchandise for Overwatch toys.Is this the first time a western game besides Marvel/DC or Lego ones has this much merchandise?

World of Warcraft had pretty extensive lines of figures.

Halo has boat loads as well, from the early McFarlane figures to Playarts Kai. There's the Mega Bloks stuff too.

On that note, what the hell does Overwatch even have beyond those crappy POP things and the Tracer Nendoroid? I think Mei was announced and that was it?

I remember Minecraft having an impressive assortment of merchandise for an indie game. Even before being acquired by Microsoft, there were guidebooks, plushies, figurines, T-Shirts, lamps, cosplay heads, foam tools, etc...
