Recently upon hearing Samurai Jack is coming back with a new season I Had the urge to rewatch Samurai Jack for the first time in about 10 years. If there one thing I know is that show you may have some nostalgia for may not a good as you remember them to be.
Whats your experience re-watching tv shows You liked when you younger?

Samurai Jack-
I did not remember a lot about the show beyond recalling that It was a good. In a way it's like I'm watching a tv show for the first time while still vaguely remember seeing parts it. Although I do remember the scottsman and I remembered how aku laughs.

I'm 4 episodes in and Samurai Jack is nothing mind blowing so far for me but it's good. Maybe I will end up liking it more as I get further or maybe not. Even I end not care much about the show later on; Samurai Jack still gets my appreciation for having for having a great sense of style.

courage the cowardly dog-
I seen recent enough say yeah still like show. It's interesting watch the moments that would inspire nightmare in children as an adult. For so show that was on cartoon network it can get be very dark and notably creepy at times. This show does stuff and has themes that appeal to adult.

It holds so up well that I get more out the show as an adult then I did as a kid.
For example there is part of an episode about domestic abuse and couple other things (that episode called the "The Mask"). I missed good deal of what the episode was about when I was younger.

Recently started watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer and it's actually way better than I remember it being. When it was on television I was never really into it, only watching the occasional episode out of order when nothing else was on, and now that I've been watching it 'properly' I've gotta say I was wrong to have so easily overlooked it before. Damned fine show and way better than the 'X-Files with a teen lead' I kinda dismissed it as initially.

I can now totally see why the show became so famous and propelled Joss Whedon to fame.

I'd say so as I can't think of an example to the contrary. The Cartoon Cartoons block still holds up for me, the Kids WB block is still as wonderfully cheesy as I remember; I've even started re-watching The X-Files and outside of some dated effects, it's still as awesome as I remember. Even more-so now, actually, since I didn't fully understand it when I was young.

Well, I just started a re-watch of Justice League, because Bat vs. Sup got me in the mood.

And I can honestly say...

Yes. It really is as good as I remember.

I watched ReBoot a couple of years back. I hadn't watched it for most likely a decade prior to that. At first I couldn't remember anything that happened in the show - the entire first season was completely unknown to me. Also, not quite "bad" but more around "meh". But when I got to the second season, I did remember a lot of stuff[footnote]it turned out that when I initially watched it on TV, they either started airing it from season 2 onwards, or I never caught the first one[/footnote]. And the show did get a better pacing and it improved. The later seasons did get as good as I remembered them to be.
