In my opinion, and I am very much in the minority, KotoR.

Edit - just to give some Dragon Age love, I have to say Mass Effect does pale in comparison to Dragon Age (elaborate on that - telling my character what to say in Mass Effect and them having him say something similar but not exactly the same made me feel more like a nameless advisor than a great war hero. Also, to put it bluntly, the entire cast bar Tali and that psychic guy made me question if the universe is worth saving). Also to agree with Neverwinter Nights, they were still good but they were among the worst games Bioware have released and I don't think I'm in the minority with that view.

Truth be told, I didn't care for Dragon age origins. I tried to love it, I REALLY did, but the more I play it, the more I hate it. Its just not fun for me.

I don't know.
Iv only played Dragon Age, and i haven't beaten it yet.

Though im sure there are people who have their own Opinions about Bioware's Games.
I know a few who think DA was bad.

Neverwinter Nights.

Though Hordes of the Underdark expansion did make up for it somewhat. Plus all the great community mods.

Also, Bioware made Baldur's Gate. How can you not like them?

Bad as in most people didn't like it...no, I don't think so. But since every bioware game has a different flavor, you will find that none of their games are loved by everybody.

This goes for me too :/
Hell doing the first quest after you town gets slaughtered (when you're with those 3 dudes looking for god knows what now in a forest) was HARD enough for me. I kept getting killed by the dam ogre things :(

KOTOR was shit, and Dragon age looks like it has the same problems.

Also, Drew Karpyshyn should not write. Ever.

Knights of the Old Republic (the first one) was an interesting experiment, nothing more.

It's quite a horrid game, to be honest.

Sonic Chronicles. Dragon Age. KOTOR; Especially KOTOR. It was great for its time, but it's one of those things that seriously hasn't aged that well.

I would have said Kotor 2, except that Bioware did not have much input in its development. I loved Kotor 1 but the sequel's bugs turned me off. Otherwise, Bioware hasn't really made any bad games. Sonic Chronicles might be the "worst," but it's still a very good game overall.

From the ones I've played I don't think so but I have not played ALL of them yet. No problems with any of them but just minor complants and request like a patch for the wholes and glitchs in KOTOR II, or some DLC or even a sequal to Jade Empire... thats all

KOTOR was the only one I liked, and upon a second playthrough several years later, I found that I didn't even like that very much. Besides that I've played through KOTOR 2, Jade Empire, Dragon Age, and Mass Effect, and didn't really like any of them. None of them were bad (except Jade Empire), but they just felt so average.

I'd just like to say, for the defense of sonic chronicles:

Bioware took a character who, for his entire decade+ career, has been solely based off of how fast he is, and how fast his games are. And it is a widely held opinion that the slower the games have gotten, and the more side characters who are included, the quality of those games decline. With this in mind, Bioware made a Sonic ROLE PLAYING GAME, what is usually considered the slowest and most strategic of genres, which also focus more on character development, to what is essentially the antithesis of what Sonic has stood for, for so many years.

The result of this oxymoron? Really not that bad. Consider that for a moment, if you will.

The original NWN was the worst one they've come up with. The campaigns that come with the expansions are pretty good. I think the problem with the first NWN campaign is that after all the zots were spent on making the engine in such a way to support a toolset there weren't as many remaining to give a really good campaign.

Anyway nothing BioWare has done since holds a candle to BG2. Which makes me a little sad.

That's like being disappointed that Van Gogh never did anything as good as Starry Night again.

Baldur's Gate was a bad game, the story was good but as far as a game it was bad mechanics paired with a railroady dick DM. If you wanted to go off the map on a different route than what the story had planned you just got killed by an enemy that was far too powerful for you to deal with. It gave the illusion of freedom and a sandbox but in reality it was just a fairly accurate simulation of a bad tabletop RPG session, which is the reason the tabletop version of the hobby is in such decline.
