Are these PC specs good enough to run battlefield 3 on max setting with no lag?

Intel Core i5-3570k 3.4GHz
64 bit Quad-Core Processor
6MB L3 Cache
8GB DDR3 1333
500GB SATA II
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 660 2GB
500Watt
ASROCK H61M-HVS, uATX

Could this spec handle BF3 and the rest of the highest end game on max setting with no lag? and about how much fps would i get on average with this spec on max settings? Im thinking the processor and the ram might be too weak since its only a i5 and the ram being only 1333 mhz.

Planning on running this BF3 on a 1280 x800 resolution or a little bit higher.

Thanks everyone!

Easily, I have significantly worse components and I can run Battlefield 3 smoothly on max settings 1600x900 resolution so you will be fine and you have plenty of room to play on higher resolutions if you wish.

Yes.
especially with such low resolution.
Yeah, that's true, maybe if you ran on 1920x1080 then that could be a different story. But for your resolution, it's more than enough.

At that resolution you could probably settle for much less. You're almost certainly going to see framerates *well* over 60FPS.

Here's a benchmark for your graphics card: http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/2012/09/13/nvidia-geforce-gtx-660-2gb-review/5

Even at 1920 x 1080 it performs well.

The processor and RAM are fine. An i5 is more than enough for just about every game; most benchmarks show that an i7 barely increases your FPS. Most games are heavier on the GPU than the CPU. I'd only recommend upgrading to an i7 if you're doing really resource-intensive professional work or are planning to use two 680s in SLI or some shit for that multi-screen goodness and want to avoid bottlenecks.

1333 Mhz is what just about everyone uses, so that should be fine, too.
