Arkham City Secret Message!!!!! I may be the first!

So I pick up and have been playing Arkham City for the last two days now. Awesome game and I'm loving it 100%. Anyways I was messing with the Cryptographic Sequencer (the radio signal thingy) and I stumbled upon a signal (at 689, 500 if you are interested). The code is this: 9 23 9 12 12 18 5 20 21 18 14 2 1 20 13 1 14. I noticed that all the numbers are under 27 so I figured number to letter conversions were in order. I converted them and got the following message: I Will Return Batman...So yeah. I think I'm the first to discover this (Yay for me!). No idea who the speaker is but It's very ominous.

well, I think it's scarecrow, and there is an easter egg where if you stand on a boat in the city and bring out your decoder thing, and find the words "City of Terror" it opens up and has an inmate with the weird scarecrow version of the arkham logo. There's bugs everywhere, and a shipping receipt with references to "Mr. Fine" aka The Broker, who supplied the buildings for supervillain stuff.

So I think Scarecrow will have a big part in the next one.

Just a general rule of thumb, if you find something in a game more that 24 hours after it is released, someone has most likely already found it. Unless it requires a supercomputer to decode or something.

yeah, theres a bunch of easter eggs like this which are all the Riddler.
