Attack of the MMORPG's from outer space!

As of late I have found myself torn away from my computer and moving onto my xbox as shooter season 2011 just rolled by and I can't aim for s***t with a mouse. Now that I have gotten my fair share of shooting foreigners I find myself longing for a new style of game. That being said I would like to hear any and all suggestions for an MMORPG or MOBA style game set in a sci fi universes and not that of a fantasy universe (Think more starcraft and less warcraft)

Star Trek Online went F2P yesterday.

It's improved a lot from what it was two years ago at launch. Ground combat is a bit bland, but the starship battles are terrific - very tactical with lots of frantic maneuvering if you get hit badly and try to get your one remaining shield facing the enemy long enough to get the others back up.
