Not incredibly, sex scenes are in most movies. Frankly, if it was excluded from the theatrical film it was likely done less as something to make money with and more as something to help further define the Na'Vi as their own race, with their own customs and physiology. Cameron put a lot of effort into establishing a different world. It was likely there to reinforce that element.

Well I have to admit I was kind of curious as to how they reproduce, since their connection to the planet and such seems like it might have an effect, but that doesn't mean I wanted to see it. I was perfectly happy with their implications: it was nice to see a movie that understands that implying sex is no less powerful than showing it. But that may not actually be the case, I guess...

I don't care aslong as the Bluray version has 3D, that was epic.
