Yes, it's this topic!

I know that no baby name can ever rival that kid named Tali'Zorah but I figured it couldn't hurt to encourage everyone to post their clearly second-rate baby names and baby name ideas.

I also want to freak out my boyfriend. ;)

I'll start, I've always loved the names Charlotte for a girl and I also love some of the more traditional Irish names like Aoife or Róisín. I used to love the name Benjamin for a boy but I've been put off that one so now I'm not so sure although I do really like Dáire/Darragh.

So, let's hear them, the good, the bad and the ugly!

If I had my way I'd name my first son Vivec and my first daughter Schala. Neither would ever fly though XD

EDIT: And yes, I realize Vivec is a normal Indian name, but I think it is spelled and pronounced slightly differently.

I couldn't name my daughter Charlotte beauce I used date a girl called Charlotte and she had the biggest backside I have ever seen. I do mean BIG, it made Kim Kardashian look small. I cant help thinking out it every time the name is mentioned. Hmm how about Venus, after all Venus is the evening star. Varric is good name because Varric is just goddamn cool. I like Minsc as a name too.

A man after my own heart. Yes, that'd be my pick as well.

I have no idea what I'd name a girl.

It changes a lot, but if I had a baby boy tomorrow (AGH), he'd be named Dmitri. And if she was a girl, she'd be named Tamara.

I may have a thing for East Europe... >__>

Yeah, I worked with a lot of people from India in my last job so I came across that name frequently. I remember thinking to myself, "lucky". LOL

I don't ever plan on having kids (just a menagerie of cats and other cute animals to care for).

But if I ever did...if I ever had a change of heart, Parke is probably up there. It's my grandfather's middle name (and people call him by his middle name). It works for a boy or a girl and my grandfather is my favorite person in the world.

Originally I would like to named my son James but that name only served to remind me of this ass back in High School. In saying so one of my cousins is named James and he's alright. Micheal is too popular (got a cousin named Micheal too) and while I liked Liam but that only remind me of the bad boys back in High School too (misbehave alot). Jack is a cool name bit it doesn't match well with my surname.

If it's a girl, it would be Kelly or Racheal (smart girls had that name in High Shool and it kind of somewhat serve as a "junoir" to my name in a way:p).

I tend towards more traditional names, at the moment Maximilian or Tobias for a boy, Adelaide or Charlotte for a girl. That and all could be shortened down into a pet name like Max or Charlie for informal use.

I dunno if I've ever really given it a whole lot of thought. I would name a boy Edge Maverick (first and middle name) for sure.

Okay, so I would actually name a boy Isaac, or Irving. Maybe. Really difficult for me to pick specific names.

Would name a girl Cassandra.

I'm not really dead-set in any of those choices. They just sound the nicest to me at the moment.

Eh, I always said if I were to have a boy I'd name him Luke.
Though now I kinda want to name my kid after my father so Allen if he (my dad) wouldn't mind that.

Otherwise, I'd choose Sebastian because I like the sound of it. That's not a weird name right, uncommon enough to be kinda neat.

I have no idea what I would name a girl, though I have toyed around with the name "Story".

In the library where I work there was this woman who had named her son 'Xiano'. And no, this wasn't some intergalactic prince on a quest for peace, but a regular human boy from a middle class family, and his name was... Xiano.

I'd probably just go for a regular name, like Margot, or Jennifer, Eric, or Nicolas. I always had something for the name 'Juniper' for a girl, but I feel the urge to give a kid a super unique and awesome name is more for ones own satisfaction than for the child's. I certainly wouldn't name my kid after something I'm a fan of, that would just get weird.

I've always liked Issac from Golden Sun so I'd like a son named Issac. Not much drama in that one. Not that I'd insist on it but that's a name I've always had in mind. <.<

Girl names? Well, I always figured that one would be a discussion on naming a daughter. I don't really have any standing by... Maybe Marle if we want to get nerdy again. :p

I've always liked the name Isaac too, not sure why, it's just pleasant to say.

Throw another one in for Charlotte. I do love the name Lilith, but it's kinda ruined now, at least for my girlfriend XD

I've always loved the name "Silas", and I use it for just about anything that lets me pick my own name.

I've always liked the name Scarlett for a girl name. Don't know why, but it's just pleasant to me.

I don't really have any idea on what I would like for a boy's name.

That would have to be something for debate since I've never really put much thought into these things. >.>

If I have a girl, she should name Lola or Alexandria

and

If I have a boy, he would name either Lance, Zander or Xander

I also not a fan of giving my child a unique weird name especially from a fandom I partake. It makes me feel like I am treating my child like a trophy rather than a human being.

Do you whisper Lilith's name when you sleep? I bet that's what did it.

Vulpes or Kit. Either could work for either gender I guess, but Vulpes seems more masculine and Kit seems more feminine to me.
