Battle Engine Aquila; you start out in a experimental bipedal super mech and throughout the course of numerous missions involving truly massive mission worlds were you must help a "good" nation's armed forces topple and blow up another "evil" nation's even bigger armed forces.

When I was playing the entirety of the game there was this nagging sense that I wasn't playing it to its full potential, and the numerous extremely neat goodies that you pick up along the way, that give you a sense that they put far to much time and effort into developing the culture and design of both opposing factions, make it seem unfulfilled after the ending mission. (even after the alt. final mission too)

With the truly grand scale of the conflict taking place it makes you seem rather small and insignificant, like a infantryman in the middle of a tank battalion, knowing you are necessary to the success as a hole but without the major influential power that the game was hoping you would think you have. All I really ended up doing was fly up the the producer buildings with grenades enabled and bludgeoned the living heck out of anything that moved that wasn't blue. That got me through the game in less than a week, with nerve racking strain during the protection missions, but alas the ache tugging at my mind still resided until halfway though the missions it hit me. the soul of this game was not the bloodthirsty grittiness of a FPS but of a patient, and strategic feel of a RTS.

Everything in the game contained the spirit of a potentially awesome RTS, am I the only one who sees it that way or are their others. I went googling for some smidgen of info about the designers and their potentially awesome redesigned game but instead only found the low grades that reviewers bestowed upon them and their failed game. So I made this topic to discuss with others who might potentially see this bland game as a potently great gem in need of refining and tweaking. If all goes well we might sign a petition depending on how many wish to see this game resurrected as a RTS, so support is appreciated. if you want to sign please list your name, I will see if more info is needed and after this post I will be trying to contact Atari or Lost Toys if they are still around so please show support if you wanna! :)

He means TL;DR. It's a text brick. No indentation, paragraphing, some grammar and spelling errors... and no pictures.

copy it to Your pictures, then make a photo bucket. Then upload. Once that's done copy and past the line that starts like [ IMG] and ends with {/IMG]

so like this
