Ending up being told by my Dad that being Left Handed makes me a Handicap.

I was wondering if you've been called handicap or disabled because of this or other crazy reasons.

Sort of, I am handicapped I that i can not write due to a disability called dysgraphia. Apparently to many people this also means I cannot read and have been put into remedial reading programs my whole life.


I was put into a remedial reading class in high school and did the whole semester's work in 3 weeks as all it was reading 12 very short books and by short i mean if the pages had been the size of a standard novel they would be about 30-60 pages long then write a 1 page paper on each. I read the smallest 3 books my first day of class.

On the left handed note, i use different hands for different tasks, for instance I would pitch a baseball right handed but throw darts left handed.

Yeah, I've had some people think that I'm well, uh retarded because I approached them said hello and then didn't say anything else to them, I sometimes just stop functioning when there's a lot of people, that's why I don't go to parties, I really can't say anything to people there other than hello, well kinda, I'm very strange my reactions seem to be almost random, sometimes I just start babbling about all sorts of silly stuff that doesn't make sense, which some people find funny because of my monotone tone of voice and the fact that I always look serious but slightly relaxed.

I'm an ambulatory paraplegic (I can walk but have weak legs and use a daychair for long distances) and left handed; Does that make me super crippled?
