i woke up around 05:50 this morning to a world that was exactly the same. my first reaction was to kick open my roommate's(who believe the Mayans) bedroom door and scream "THE WORLD IS ENDING, THE MAYANS WHERE RIGHT! WE'RE GONNA DIE!!! ALL OF US!" he panicked for ten minutes then he got really mad at me....So worth it.

Living in DC/Maryland and there isn't any fire storm (atomic or otherwise). The most that's happened so far is power having gone out in Annapolis due to high wind or something. I've been awake all night working (through rain...though it was the normal water kind and I was indoors) and nothing at all happened. OH WAIT! A vending machine let me pay using dimes. That isn't normal, is it? Best Apocalypse Ever.
