There are many different things we humans can become addicted to. But usually whenever we use the word 'addicted' we use it to describe someone who is doing something bad. Whether it be addicted to drugs, video games, alcohol, sex, pornography, etc. Rarely do we ever attach the word to something good like "I'm addicted to Carrots".
My question to the escapist is what kinds of things are addictive yet we can ALL agree are good for us in some way? Now obviously an individual could be addicted to vegetables or whatever but the majority of people wouldn't understand that. I'm talking about something that everyone thinks is a good thing for your body, environmentally, or ethically in some way or another.
EDIT: Many people have been saying obvious ones like 'Air' and 'Water'. Of course these things are required for our body to function. Perhaps make it more interesting like something our body doesn't actually need in order to survive and yet is beneficial to us in some way. Remember; it doesn't need to be consumable.
