Best Free DLC on any platform (XBox/XBLA, PS3/PSN, PC, etc.)

Basically like the title says. What is the best Free (or reasonibly priced) DLC for any gaming platform. THis could be expansion or map packs, or indie or vintage games.

Shale for Dragon Age: Origins.
Shale was by far the best companion for me.

Every update ever for TF2 on PC.

Except trading though... hats were fine, but now every server I go on is like a god-damn bazaar.

It was free though. Everything's free.

Free? Eh...I guess the DLC from ME2. It's that thing where you buy it brand new and get all the DLC, forgot the name. Like Project 10 dollars or someshit like that.

Ceberus Network? Probably.

I have two, anyways, and both of which may not apply.
Halo 3's beautiful Heroic mappack that just so happened to be made free about a month before I started playing online.

And 2, Battlefield Bad Company 2's consistent flow of beautiful new maps for multiplayer just for buying the game in full. I didn't even care that I bought BC2:Vietnam and didn't even play it for more than a few games, they deserve those hard-earned Microsoft points.

The best free DLC ever was the patch that made every copy of The Witcher into The Witcher: Enhanced Edition.

Not only did it boost up the graphics, it also featured rewritten and rerecorded dialogue and two new adventures to boot.
