I love the music in a LOT of games, but to name some examples: Morrowing, Red Alert (1 and 2), Command & Conquer (original), Heroes of M&M 1, 2 and 3, M&M 6 and Majesty.

And loads of other games, but it'd take me an hour to try and remember each and every one.

As much as it shames me to say it I have to go with HAlo 3 for the epic moments prividng only a lone piano to show the shock of the raging battle that is unfolding.........epic gaming moment. that or the hero music at the end of Mass effect when shepard comes out of the wreckage
