I really liked the one where you get Tali on your side, sence you have to stay out of the sun, it keeps you on your toes

I liked Tali's loyalty mission, the emotional impact of it all, combined with the kickass music.
Awesome!

I liked the non combat missions such as Samara's and Thane's loyalty missions, they were well done. I liked the Garrus recruitment and loyalty missions as well, oh and Miranda's was fun.

I liked them all.

Possibly the mission to get Thane. I like any of the missions that involve fighting mercs, really.

Actually, I liked every mission. Unless they had scions. Damn scions.

Honestly, I kind of liked Zaeed's loyalty mission. Seeing everythin explode around me kind of gave off an awesome vibe, also Samara's loyalty mission, for reasons of it not being a big shooty gambit.

Actually I also have to say that level on the collector ship, I love how the fear builds in you until the trap is sprung. Then you get to fight your way out.

(I hate Scions with a passion by the way.)

The side mission with the crumbling shipwreck teetering on the edge of a cliff.

That was inspired, and pretty terrifying too.

Praetorians are worse.

But I would say either the Thane loyalty mission, or the Legion recruitment mission.

So many husks, so much shockwave.

Plus you get Legion. Legion. That's amazing enough.

Yeah! I love that one, freaks me out everytime.

Next would have to been when you play...
Joker and you run through the ship. I decided to walk around and not really pay attention on my second playthrough, and was pleasantly surprised to find I could be eaten and died.

Samara's loyalty mission was probably the best, it gave a nice sense of danger without involving guns or mercenaries. Satisfying as well in that you get to manipulate a manipulator. Tali's loyalty would have to rank as the most personal.

In terms of pure epic sauce with extra cheese, I also like Recruit: Tali and the Collector Ship.

Really? Scions always knocked me out of cover, and made my shields take twice as long to regenerate. At least I could take cover and keep my distance from Praetorians.

I fucking hate both of them, they both sucked ass on Hardcore difficulty. Not looking forward to fighting them on my Insanity run.

Ah memories...that was the first time I used Cain, turned out to be a bad idea, but fun.=-)

I like the mission where you fight the collectors for the first time, and then...

Ash/Kaiden, which ever is still alive, is a fucking asshole to you no matter how nice you try to be to them. [sub]fucking ruined the sense of accomplishment from finishing that mission, ungrateful pricks.[/sub]

I really like Garrus's recruitment mission, if only because I had guessed who he was, what he was doing, and where I'd meet him from the very moment I first read the Archangel dossier. His unmasking was just...kickass, in a word.

I also really like Jack's mission, largely because it reminded me of the last ten minutes of Escape From Butcher Bay; and the side mission with the wrecked ship (because by that time I'd learned that insta-script kills and a lack of protagonist immortality was "in").

Everything else...fell below the belt, to put it simply.

Well, they constantly get closer to you, constantly shoot lasers so that you can go anywhere fast(if at all), if you get too close they explode, take down your shields right away, replenish its barrier by doing so, and if you live the explosions, and you're still out in the open, it jumps back into the air and downs you with its laser vision.

At least with scions i found that you can get close and back away as it explodes, and get closer again afterwards, constantly keeping it in place while it does no actual damage to you.

Oh sorry, I get confused sometimes about whats a spoiler and what isn't. Seems that most people who care enough about ME2 spoilers have already finished the game, or hopefully they have. Its an awesome game no one should put off.

I think I liked the cliff-hanging side mission and the Joker thing because they both play the same on Insanity. I hated Insanity... Ugh. Still, never beat a game on hardest difficulty before - I was quite proud of myself.
