Best/ most influential power ups.

There was a thread for a while about the most iconic weapons which kind of left power ups by the way side. So What's the best and/or most iconic power up in gaming history? My vote for best is mirror power in Kirby Super Star (it was gimped a bit in the remake, but it's still awesome) and most iconic is definitely the Fire Flower.

The heart pieces are pretty iconic you could say. Though the Megasphere from Doom is a pretty neat power up. Well, that or the Invounerability power-up.

I would say that the Super Mushroom is the most iconic as it has been immortalised on a Snorg Tee.
