Best music on a game

Not sure if this has been done before, but which games has the best music?

Post here with your game and reason why the music is so good.
Keeping in mind that this is also about how well in keeping with the theme the music is.

In my opinion, I think World of Warcraft has some nice music - if a bit cheesy. I think it goes well with the game.

I really like some of the songs in Half-Life 2. There's one I have called "Vortal Combat" which is played in the antlion mines at the beginning of episode 2. It comes on right at the last wave of antlions in the section where you, Griggs, and Shekley are holding out around Alyx. I replayed that fight a few times just for the song.

Yakuza had great Soundtrack (just finished it, so it's still fresh ). But for the best music overall it could be anything from Nobuo Uematsu

It would have to be Bouy Base from super mario galaxy. I would hang out there all day just for the music

True, that themesong is such a hit. I like some of the music in the Super Smash Bros series and the fact that they convey the original games in a modern style and rendition.

Donkey Kong Country. Or any game by Rare for that matter, they know their stuff when it comes to soundtrack.
