I have a few:Fallout 3(not a pure-breed RPG,but oh well),Final Fantasy,Mario RPG,Mario and Luigi Super Star Saga,and the whole Paper Mario series.

Fallout 3 is far more traditional RPG than all those JRPG's, there's no choice in them it's all linear levelling, Bethesda games are the closest thing to D+D you can get.

I'm going to say that it's a toss-up between Tales Of Symphonia and Golden Sun. Why? Because they were fantastic, that's all.

This. The most awesome RPG of all time. The minor flaws in AI and combat are easily balanced out by the intense amount of atmosphere.

dont laugh i know gta4 has been made but gta4 has alot less variety and chois
i mean on gta4 there is only like 4 jackets and you can ONLY wear jackets only like 2 of them look good.on sanandreas you can work out and go to martial arts classes and stuff.you can also
pick what meal you want at restaurants on gta4 you only have one choice of meal. on jee tee aye four you you are alot more cramped in the city. yea its got good graphics and better gun combat but in all gta games the point is realistic life and gta4 is only missions

That is so completely off topic, yet completely appropriate, because no one should see it. Their eyes will fall out, and they will never be able to see Morrowind.

Ok, my favorites...

1. Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance/Radiant Dawn (the two are pretty much just one VERY long and epic game)
2. Mass Effect
3. TES4: Oblivion (which I am playing now )

Eh... I guess in a sense that counts as an RPG, but I think we're talking "DING! Level up!" type RPGs here.

if you like games like KOTOR then Mass effect. it is more of the same just a different time and place and no jedi, lightsabers, or force powers...ow wait there are biotic implants that let you push, lift, and baracade yourself. I loved it but some feel it is just KOTOR with a make over. a very small make over
