Best video game songs.

Some games have some really great soundtracks. Some songs are memorable, nostalgic, tense, sad, and so on. I personally love the Silent Hill 2 theme, the Metal Gear Solid 4 theme, but I think my all time favorite video game song has to be Gerudo Valley's theme from Ocarina of Time. What about you?

EDIT: I'd also like to add the Halo theme and Demon's Souls. Love it or hate it Halo's opening theme kicks ass. As for Demon's Souls the intro cinematic gives me chills every time I watch it. When that woman's voice comes in it's just crazy.

Also, the theme for Dragonroost Island in the Windwaker is just gorgeous. Zelda has a long standing tradition of excellent themes.

Resident Evil: Director's Cut. I mean, okay, it's written atrociously, but it was the best in-game music EVER, and that instrumental piece, "Still Dawn" at the end was so... satisfying. You don't get that kind of crazy-awesome metal in most games today.

Any Halo game had good soundtracks, them and Morrowind and Oblivion are all I can think of. Oh and Vice City (though obviously not an original soundtrack, hah). And BTW, Saints Row 2 had a great 80's station...

Chrono Trigger holds the title of "Greatest Video Game Soundtrack Ever," in my opinion.
Most of the songs were just pure beauty.
And the Boss Battle 1 just makes you ready to fight anything.

Main Katamari theme is too awesome for words, but according to xkcd, it can be dangerous to have it on while in a car.
