It just matches his character perfectly. Mordin is one of the best characters I've seen in a game.

Nolan North obviously (I'm just kidding please don't hurt me) I would vote the voice of Wheatley in Portal 2, I forgot his name and am too lazy to look it up, but I really enjoyed that.

J. K. Simmons did an amazing job as Cave Johnson in Portal 2. I'm also quite fond of Crispin Freeman, I know he mostly does anime but his video game work is good too.
