Best voice acting in a game?

Oh Metal Gear all the way. I love those game. But I kinda think of them as my favorite movies with interactivity. I mean they have a hella lotta cutscenes...
reverse my idea hmmmm... all around i have a few for different fields, but for favorite voice actor its quinton flynn they made two of my favorite vg characters all the better with him voicing them (axel and reno)
I would have to say that I liked Bohan in Heavenly Sword. His voice actor (whose name escapes me at the moment) did a great job with that and mo-capping. Every time he spoke or was on screen, I felt like I was watching a high-end CG movie instead of a cutscene, and it was AWESOME.
Gotta go with Half Life 2 and the episodes (I know, what a stretch). Considering how little conventional narrative there is, the characters are incredibly interesting and engaging.
