Anyone got an ending that pretty much screwed with your head that badly that you couldn't even remember the point of the whole thing?

Crank
Mine would be Crank... he just strangles the guy to death, calls his girlfriend (all while in midair) and then hits the ground, trampolines a few feet back and then he blinks and the credits roll... obviously he survived... considering there is a sequel... but still pretty strange.

Transformers.

the villain gets the macguffin and act of getting the macguffin kills him. The heroes wasted 90 minutes trying to keep it from him.

2001

I enjoyed Crank, and it was the ending you could expect from such a weird film.
It wasn't a bad movie, I just hoped for an actual ending

No Country for Old Men. I'm going to assume you know what happened. I mean, I know that it was intentional and all, but... well, that doesn't mean that I'm not allowed to be disappointed.

Spolier (durh)

The dude kills his son and the other people in the car with him. Then he runs out of the car screaming for the monstors to come kill him. 2 seconds later, the army rolls in to save the day, making his mercy killing pointless.

The book was open ended! Why not the movie?!
Yeah but that film was so shit is it really worth mentioning how bad the ending was?

Yeah, I feel the same way.

OT:
The Matrix sequels.
I mean... come on!
Ruined a potentially good franchise.

I would say one of my least favorites is the new x men movie (The wolverine orgins one). I'm a noob to posting here so I don't know how to do those spoiler things, so I will leave it at that.
I also could agree that the crank one was kind of meh, but then again taht movie was wierd and basically comedy anyway.

Mindhunters was a great movie, but the end sucked because of the cheesiest one liner I have ever heard...

The killer uses the weaknesses of all the other FBI profilers to kill them... and at the end after they killed the bad guy one guy said "I guess we know what his weakness is... bullets."

Again, loved the movie... but that one line makes me want to never watch it again.

The movie was meh? But that ending was so, so stupid and bad that it didn't make sense to put it in.
The acting was just horrible though, it could have been a really powerful ending but the guy playing the main character was just so bad at acting and also the bad timing of it all just could make me think any more than it's shit. Although I suppose as a horror film, it's better than most slashers.

LOL. That cringe worthy quote sounds like it was stolen from an episode of CSI. *takes glasses off*

That was the same problem I had with Indy 4.

OT:
-Any of the Star Wars Prequels come to mind, although those were also bad through-out
-The Bourne Ultimanum was dissatisfying to me in that it looked like a setup for another movie, but other than that it was fine
-Pirates 2 and 3
-10,000 BC
-Any Matrix Sequels

...that's all I can think of for now

A friend used a variant of that quote for a job interview. The person was like "What's your greatest weakness?" to which he replied "Either fire or bullets."
