Greetings escapist. I'm currently working on a biology project for school and can use your help. The project deals with genetics and if you could only answer the following 2 questions I'd really appreciate it. And also leave your name, if you feel uncomfortable using your real name feel free to leave a fake one(as long it's a believable name).

1. Is your earlobe free or attached?
2. Can you roll your tong?

I need at least 30 participants and once again thank you for your time.

EDIT: And that's enough participants. Thanks to all of you people who took the time to answer my questions you all saved me a lot of time. For those wondering why I required your name it's because the teacher told us to, I also don't really know why. Good night.

As for a name, I'm not foolish enough to give my real one away online but you may know me as James Roe.

This is a genetics project, don't tell him, people! We'll be signing our kids' futures away... *runs away gibbering*

Ehm... anyway...

Name... Charles-Victoire duVarons.

Though on the basis of the captcha, I might change that to James Bond.

My name can be... Tony Scott. By the way, odd biology project.
I'd guess this is a genetics study on Mendelian heritage patterns.

Free earlobes is often used as an example of a dominant trait, while attached earlobes are recessive. Rolling your tongue is a recessive trait.

Recessive means that it can't have any impact in the presence of a dominant allele.

I would also like to add that free or attached ear lobe and tongue rolling aren't the text book example that people think it is. It's more complicated than a single allele mutation so there's possibly some sort of incomplete dominance or co-dominance. Now I would like some details to how you plan to do this so I can suggest something helpful for your project.

2: Yes.

Edit: Forgot the name. Gunnar Hamland.

And you i haven't seen a single study yet that required you to enter your name for the results, so you can use my Escapist name if you must.

You may call me Imogen Cooper. I'm surprised at how few attached ear lobes there are.
