Bioshock 2 Download Failed: 80131500

Every time i try to download Bioshock 2 from Games for Windows Live Marketplace my download randomly fails:

How do i fix this problem???

Hey guys!
I have a little update on a situation that i hope will help you help me.
After trying to download this game all day long i noticed that all downloads failed approximately 2hours after i started the download.
I do not know what is so special about 2 hours but that is not a coincidence.
So, is there some sort of 2 hour limit somewhere on something or what?

I recognize those numbers as something to do with internet connection being lost.

Maybe it timed out or lost connection coincidentally after 2 hours. But I don't have much experience when it comes to downloading games.
