Nearly shat my pants when I watched the trailer. Will be picking this up on release day, also loved the predecessors.

Yeah I think ima pick it up, I really enjoyed the first two games. One is better than two but they are still both great games and the new setting has me nicley interested. :)

I want to say Yay, because I loved the original Bioshock so much all my friends got sick of hearing about it. Unfortunately, the second left me so disappointed that I'm not even sure I'll bother picking it up. It's my understanding that Infinite will be done by the original development team rather than the sequel team. This does give me some hope. So far, however, I am not sold.

Also, you misspelled infinite. There is no 'a' in infinite nor in definite. I'm sorry, but "definately" makes me rage so hard.

a definAte yay...

...The game looks great, both visually and as a fantastical adventure. I have no problem looking beyond the absurdity of it all, because the premise is supposed to be absurd. I just hope the whole game itself(as in no rush endings) is as good as it looks in the trailers that I have seen.

People already ninja'd me on the *infinite thing, which is my main reason for posting. So poop.

But yeah, it looks good. I can't help but have the feeling that it'll just be Bioshock 1 and 2 in the sky instead of underwater though. And out in the open in daylight will definitely decrease the creepiness factor, but I'll be keeping my eyes on it.

How is it any less absurd than the first and second games?

Yay.
Managing to be creepy while in broad daylight and without exploiting claustrophobia?
Big yay.

This thread with the misspelt title and an extraordinarily profound original post seem to exist not only because of the hard work towards them, but because of the heart and soul used to the last drop in the making of this phenomenal exhibition about what a person can do, given a chance!

I'm not that interested, I didn't like the first game, and didn't play the second. There are more interesting games on the horizon for me. So I guess Nay.

I don't know? Is it less absurd? Seems just as absurd really. Not sure exactly what you are asking, or why you would assume I view it as less absurd than the originals.
