bizzare easter egg in SMB?

ok,i was playing through Ch4 just for fun (because i already beat the game) and i was on lv 15, and just after i beat the level, a pic of MB wearing a black suit and eyepatch came up on screen with wierd music and it said somthing at the top but i didnt catch it because it only lasted 3 seconds. right after it immediately sent me to the next level. i asked my friends who play the game and they said they have never seen it before. please help me find out what the hell its suposed to mean!

This, and it's not just you OP, a lot of people on this forum do it. Honestly at least nine out of every ten abbreviations used on this forum I read and have absolutely no idea what the poster is referring to.
