'Ello chaps.

Caught Black Ops for the Xbox 360 on Ebay for 30 bucks, so I nabbed it and started playing online. Got some pretty decent footage in the Theater mode, but I'm not sure how to get it on my computer so that I can edit it and upload it to various sites and what have you.

I'd rather not have to buy a capture card if at all possible, and I have no idea how this "File Share" thing works. Is there some sort of software that I need? Am I just blind? Any help is appreciated.

Wow.

Words cannot express how hard I am facepalming right now.

File share is a place you put files in to share them. You don't need software for it. It's an Xbox.

And you have to have a capture card. Suck it up.

Wow. Words cannot express how unnecessarily rude your post was.

Go to file share, grab a mobile phone (or digital camera), record off-screen, upload to youtube. Simple and effective ;)

No, you don't.

You need to link your gamertag to Call of Duty.com first. Then, on the Xbox, select the video. Next, choose "Render clip" or something to that effect. Wait for it to finish, and then the video will be in your "My Theater" section on CoD.com

See, you don't need a capture card!

EDIT: Actually, I'm not sure if it shows up in "My Theater". Mine went straight to Youtube.

They're still working on the theater mode for black ops. It shows the pictures you upload but not the videos. We just need to wait it seems :D

I should point out that I'm not very technically proficient.
