black screen of death! need help!

my computer is right now is infected by a Trojan/virus and i have no idea how to fix it right now. i am able to use this computer by using task manager if anyone has an idea how to fix this please let me know

If you can use the task manager the virus is still trying to take over call McAfee now.

Restart the computer in Safe Mode?

From there get a virus scan going and begin cleaning.
