So I recently was digging though my PS4 to see some games coming out and two games caught my eye.
Toukiden: Kiwami, A Monster hunter like game where you slay Oni instead of dragons and other large animals and is clearly heavily based on the spirit world side of Japanese culture.
And then Bladestorm Nightmare. This one I found very interesting but I have yet to really buy it yet. From the looks of the game it is a bit of a slower dynasty warriors more based on squads you can command and using those types of squads to take down others all the while amassing and large amount of coin as a mercenary general in the one hundred year war between England and France.(Think Berserk during the Golden age arch.)
When I plaid the demo it was very shallow. You only got to make one character then the game booted you into a single combat match that you chose the side and then the demo ends. I did a small amount of research myself and by looking at the weapon Vs menu I could see there was more to come such as magic and even elephant units and the Nightmare mode so advertised now is you going ageist Dragons and other Demons.
Yet that was all I could find besides some guys review on youtube and some unhelpful Metacreitic scores. Do any of you have any information on this game? I am wanting to play it after seeing it years back and with this rerelease I do want to grab it this time but does anyone know if its worth it?
