Something I've noticed when cleaning my ears with Q-Tips is that when I clean out my right ear canal (I'm careful to avoid poking my ear drum), it makes me cough. This is just my right ear, my left doesn't react when I do the same to it. Who else does this happen to?

And more along the title, what "quirks" have you noticed on your body that aren't too common?

When I pluck any of my nose hairs or the hair near my eyebrows, I sneeze uncontrollably.

It's good times.

One of the guys I've had some classes with on campus sneezes when exposed to sudden bright lights [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Photic_sneeze_reflex].

Tiny, oddly-shaped feet. High-bridged nose that nonetheless manages to turn up at the tip. Skin that's both decidedly olive and decidedly pale.

My arms bend in a slightly off way so I can't lift those little weights in the proper way. On the other hand, I have a very quick right hook!

Ha. I wonder if they ever successfully convinced someone that the acronym was just a coincidence!

Whenever I drink soda for the first time that day the upper half of my body seizes up for a brief second. It used to concern me, but now it's just something that happens.

Same here, with both ears. Doesn't happen every time, but often.

Whenever I'm around someone who's in pain for more than ~90 seconds, I begin to feel a very similar pain in whatever region of their body is afflicted. It didn't get really weird until I was able to tell the game store cashier where he was in pain, what kind of pain he was in, and how he could fix it.

And I'm allergic to watermelon, almonds, iceburg lettuce, Twilight Princess, and raw carrots.

When I sneeze, it sounds like I'm saying F*** You!

Makes for some... interesting situations.

Both of my index fingers bend inwards slightly at the knuckle.
I can fold my leg inwards so that the calf and thigh line up.
I can lick my own elbow.
I also cough when cleaning out my ears, very distracting.
And I can put my thumb at a right angle to my other fingers.

i think i might have the same thing you like hyper extend them backwards and then when you try and do forwards again they stick. i can do this with the middle and the other finger next it on both hands.

Not really a quirk. Your ears are connected to your nasal cavity. Increasing pressure in one end of the system increases it in the other.

I don't sneeze, but my nose gets all tickled.

My left ear is missing a bit, and my right ear has a small lump the size of the gap on my left ear.
My left knee makes a horrible cracking noise whenever it moves, it sounds like cracked bones/cartilage cracking even more.
