Well, just yesterday, I read "The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon" by Stephen King. I started reading, and didn't stop until I was done. It's rather depressing, and yet one of the only Stephen King books I've read with a happy ending.

Of Mice and Men is relatively short and hard to put down. Easily my favorite Steinbeck.

I read all of the percy jackson books in a day, very good books. I read most books in a day, 600 pages is not quite a full day of reading for me.

A couple Calvin and Hobbes treasuries, every "Series of Unfortunate Events" entry from book 5 and on, and "The Restaurant at the End of the Universe".

The first time I read a book I tend to read it in one sitting in a day. I don't like leaving stories unfinished. Second and third readings I may spend a little more time on. I'm a fast reader though. Basically every book I have ever read since age ten has been read in a day.

Any book that I really get into, I read the whole thing that day. I also read the Grapes of Wrath in a day because I forgot to read for a class until the night before.

Almost 80% of all the books I've read I have done that with. A few examples are The Harry potter Series, Certain books of the Death Gate series, And anything belonging to the Dragonlance and Forgotten Realms universes.
