The system for multi-player borderlands sucks, thats a fact. I don't have any friends on gamespy, and the only people on public games kinda suck.
I could use some help, if you could post a link to some place for find friends for borderlands or post your username here, I would be appreciative.

Try Steam? X-Fire? Convince your friends to buy it and play with you?

First off, I have some advice. There's a freeware software out there called GameRanger that allows you to run games using the LAN game option. From what I've seen, there's less latency, and it also only requires one port to be opened on the router for hosting (as opposed to several). Plus, there's an easily browsable games list in the interface. The built in multiplayer for Borderlands kinda sucks, to be honest. Or rather, gamespy sucks, but I suppose we all know that.

I'm tiredinnuendo if you decide to check it out. Feel free to friend me. I'll play with you.

Use gameranger. Most of the people I know are playing Borderlands through that. If you can't find anyone there, I'm willing to play with you. The more the merrier.

Three words, Borderlands Escapist Group. Go ahead I'm sure you'll get some co-op action soon.

I'm getting the game for my birthday in a week, so I'd be more than happy to co-op with you as soon as I get it.
