Brick, Lillith, Mordecai or Roland?

It pains me to say this, but despite my absolute love of revolvers and high bore rifles, the most fun I'm having in Borderlands is with my Rocket Brick.

(Also, still trying to gather Eridian Weaponry for an Eridian Siren. Why yes, her Cooldown reduction mods DO increase the ammo recharge speed for those. Her High Velocity mod also increases the slow projectile speed of those weapons)

You need to edit your post so that people who don't play borderlands, or who haven't played it in a while (like me) can understand what you're saying.

They're all awesome to play as, except Lillith. With Brick you can go on an unrelenting rampage with your bare hands, with Roland you can slaughter everything in sight with volleys of machine-gun rounds, or pick off enemies with a sniper at long range. With Lillith, you can have your immersion broken every single time you use the power up in which you turn invisible, and everyone just stands still. THAT IS NOT A REALISTIC REACTION!

Roland, good allround, and his turret is super handy in co-op for healing, ammo etc.
Brick's also very fun though, punching midget's to death never gets old

I've always liked Brick, but I've never liked the burly, tough guy cliche.

Mordecai meets all my needs as a high damaging support character.

Also, people commenting about he clarafication, I'm sorry.

Mordecai is amazing, just don't put any points into his stupid bird and you are golden. And @ultrachicken, I would make the point that anybody playing borderlands isn't looking for a realistic, immersive experience. Or I could just be hurt cause Lilith was my second favorite. But definitely one of those.

I agree. So long as I don't put any points into the bird, I'll be fine.
I should've known that before I re-specced my Night Elf Hunter into Beast Mastery.....

I prefer Roland if only because I really like to shoot things, but all of the other characters seem more interesting/unique/specialized.

Clarification dear OP would be wonderful, cause this is the second post of someone saying "What the hell are you on about?"

Its a thread asking which character everyone preferred.

Mine is Mordecai because revolvers are just plain awesome and the bird is ridiculously over powered.

No it doesn't make him good. It makes him GOD. My Mordecai only used one sniper rifle. The other 3 were 2 revolvers (1 pestilent defiler and a masher of some sort) and a machine pistol. Honestly, Mordecai is probably 2-3 times better with pistols than any other character.

I use Roland mostly, the turret is pretty badass and he's got a lot of bonuses towards shotguns, which seem to me to be a little OP if you get one that works well at range.

Absolutely agree. I tried Lillith for a hot second, and was not nearly as impressed.

Lilith- My Lilith is nigh-invincible and the elemental effects on weapons are a blast.
