Brotherhood of Steel vs Enclave VS NCR vs Legion

I was thinking about this the other night. After I met the brotherhood on Fallout: New Vegas. I found out that the Enclave also feature in the new fallout game. This made me think, "Who has the best chemistry. The Enclave and The Brotherhood, or The N.C.R and Ceasars Legion."

By this I mean, what combination suited better and why.

The NCR and Legion, because they're more three-dimensional and nuanced, and opposed to straight-up good versus evil. When you actually look at the Brotherhood and the Enclave carefully, that isn't really the case, but that's how it's presented.

Brotherhood and Enclave. Its like the Rebel Alliance vs the Empire. Whether the NCR vs Legion is just one not very nice power vs another not very nice power. He is an ally of the Rebel Alliance!
