Bulletstorm Graphics Crash

Okay, first thing, yes I did a search of the forums and no I didn't find anything similar,
Secondly, my actual problem. Bulletstorm, Act 1, just finished the prologue, leash the first upgrade node. Release it and fall through the world.

Looked for patches or fixes but found little of genuine help and the problem persists after upgrading my graphics cards to the latest drivers. Any and all help appreciated.

My setup is: Intel Core 2 Duo running at 2.67 GHz.
2 GB Ram.
Windows 7 32 Bit Operating System.
& 2 NVIDIA 8800 GT graphics cards.

Hmm .. try running the DirectX 9 version, maybe?
Seeing as your video cards don't support DX11 anyway ...

Your falling through the world? That sounds more like a terrain collision error than graphics related problems.

Don't suppose you tried reinstalling the game or replacing the data file for that specific level with a fresh version? You should be able to able to rip the file right off the disk and replace it manually(I'm not sure how bulleststorm handles level data} which will be a lot faster but doesn't always work. If you got it off steam though a reinstall might be your only choice.

Hey, Thanks for the advice. My mate clued me in on how to force a game to use a specific version of DX. And yes making it use 9 seems to have helped so again thanks.
