Why would you recommend the original edition? Trust me, Scholarship Edition doesn't take anything from the game, but adds more to it, therefore bring you more fun and a longer gameplay(without boring you).DVS BSTrD said:$4? That's an absolute steal!
I'd recommend the original PS2 version but this works to, if you have ANY sense of humor you will love this game.
Afaik, there's no "Scholarship Edition" for PS2. When it first came out, it was for PS2 and PS2 only. But then there came Scholarship Edition, for X360, PC and Wii. So yes, when you recommend "Original PS2 version", you recommend "pre-Scholarship".DVS BSTrD said:I didn't mean pre-Scholarship, i meant the console version.RhanathShadowhand said:snipDVS BSTrD said:snip
I can see why he would, Bully is a crappy port, I assume it wouldn't be so clunky on its native platform. It isn't a horrible port by anymeans it isn't Saints Row 2, or even Dead Space, but is sure isn't slick. You will want to remap most of the keys, but at least you can remap them (even if the UI isn't the most intuitive).RhanathShadowhand said:Why would you recommend the original edition? One can always play it with X360 controller (or with any generic usb gamepad with x360 gamepad emu like I did) and have no problems at all. I accept the fact that the keyboard binds are fucked up but hey, at least you can map them or use x360 controller!octafish said:I can see why he would, Bully is a crappy port, I assume it wouldn't be so clunky on its native platform. They named it Canis Canem Edit later (which meant Dog eat dog). Didn't do much, so what it's called Bully? Grand Theft Auto is far worse but noone did anything against that name. If everyone was open-minded, world would be a lot better place.DVS BSTrD said:Who's fighting? But no reason to fight, unless one of us thinks Bully is a bad game.
And I certainly do think Bully was an excellent game. Remember all that phony controversy over the title? It was a simpler time when we thought that turning our kids into Bullies was the worst video-games could do.
