Buying new PC. Advice please?

I'm wanting a new PC for playing games such as WoW and total War games with ultra high graphics. I have no confidence with building a PC and want to just buy one from PC world but not sure what to get.

My budget is £1300 (approximately USD$2000)

Honestly if I were you I would just look into building a pc. it's not nearly as hard as you think it is and with a budget of $2000 you could build a beast that could power NASA
