Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 any news about it?

Well I heard about the game from a friend that they were developing this game all I know is that Soap gets promoted. Anyone find anything else about it? Also I wanna ask if you think this will live up or be better that CoD4.

If it isn't better than CoD 4. It only takes one person in a group of friends to say so, and barely anyone will buy it.

Also might want to look at the billion other CoD MW2 threads for info on it. Or search on google. Or something.
