Cammy Advice?

So I've been playing Street Fighter 4 (the regular version), and I usually use Cammy as my go to gal. I can beat most people but Sagat and Akuma players usually just dominate me by playing defensively and using their ranged attacks to set the pace of the match. Any advice or strategies on how to beat this?

cammy's spinning backfist (I think it's down, down away, away, punch) when she is in the air and spinning she won't be hit by hadoukens. it's all about timing but if you can master that you should be able to wipe the floor with those defensive players.

cammy is quick too so do your best to stay within range of these guys.
