Hi, i have been trying to remember the name of a movie saw when a few years ago when i was little about 5 people that die and become friends with this little kid, then go away for a while till he is older and then use him to say goodbye to there families. (one had him return some stamps)

Thanks in advance if you can tell me the name of this movie it has been bugging me for 2 days.
(Also sorry if the description sucks i haven't seen the movie in a while)

Can you give me some more clues? Stuff that seems insignificant will help.

Was it a Comedy or a Horror?
Do you remember anybody famous from the movie? One name. If you don't know the name, do you remember the actor being in something else?
Was this movie new or old when you saw it?

I live for this kind of thing, fill me in, and I might be able to answer.

well piss I know the movie you are talking about but can't think of the name. It was a comedy, and the guy originally thinks that they were imaginary friends. And the ghost were paired with him so that he could help them find closure to their lives and move on, but someone and heaven dropped the ball and forgot to explain that fact to the ghost so they just hung around for years. Eventually they decide to communicate if they boy because it was obviously messing with his life.

That is the way it went till the "grim reaper" shows up to claim then and realizes that a mistake was made. He then gives them X amount of time to finish their business. At that point the ghosts begin to communicate with the boy who is now a grown man. He immediately thinks he is going crazy cause he remembers them as imaginary friends from his childhood. The ghost eventually convince he of the truth and he sets of to finish their business for them, and of course hilarity in-sues.

Can't remember the man though it has been forever since I have seen it.
