Can Anyone Tell Me the name of this song or the artist.

For years and years ever since I saw the video on MTV this song has been stuck in my head but i cant remember the name or the artist. So I was wondering if anyone who'd seen the video could tell me.

The video is basically this: This guy has an argument with his wife who thinks he's working at an illegal club(which he is) and he leaves the house and heads to this club where everones wearing masquerade stuff(opera masks),he sings, then in the end his wife comes and shuts the place down getting everyone arrested (including herself)

I hate Panic! At The Disco. MTV has become terrible. However I'm not that much of a fan of any music channel so it doesn't really matter.
