EDIT: (THis is is a new topic I am asking because it concerns a video I talked about already, but I am asking a different question)

So anyway this film as the posters below is Nobunaga: King of Zipang. And the biggest part of the Series is the Battle of Nagashino, the series has the charcaters speaking in Japanese of course but there are no english subtitles sadly. I really want to know what are the exact words they are saying? Perticularly the one that starts at 01:40.

I understood like...half of what you just said but watching that clip made me think of "The Last Samurai".

So...is it "The Last Samurai"?

That's the last battle up there, which sounds similar to what you're talking about but I have no clue if it's based on that battle or even when it takes place...

I changed the title of the Topic because it concerns this video of a series I talked about last week, but now I have a different question. Can anyone who knows Japanese and English translate what the charcaters are saying.

I tried finding this all over youtube and no english subtitles can be found.

The lines starting from 1:40 aren't really anything special、the subordinate guy comes in frame saying that those sounds are from the so-called 'Suwa drums' ( osuwadaiko ) and that the enemy is about to send in their vanguard, prompting the other guy to tell the troops to get their guns ready.
