Can you 100% L.A. Noire in one playthrough?

The title says it all "Can you 100% L.A. Noire in one playthrough?" and how difficult would it thearetically be?

Nothing is impossible I guess, but you are sure to fuckup at least once in the starter cases cause you don't know how it all works yet. I think I averaged 3-4 stars across the board, then my save got corrupted somewhere at the end of vice and I gave up

It's possible. Just remember that 100% means five stars on all cases, finding all clues, finding and driving all cars, finding all of the golden film reels, finding all of the newspapers, and completing all of the street crimes. I'm done several playthroughs and gotten very far, but I haven't found a single film reel yet.
