I have just found this though apparently it has been around since February, so apologies if this has already been discussed. Pretty much it seems to be a very (and yes I mean VERY) similar game to capcoms Monster Hunter series.
This is a series that I have spent silly amounts of time playing and have always been frustrated by the apparent disregard for its western audience that capcom has shown. (for those who don't know capcom have persistently not published versions of the game, including the MMO in the western markets as well as limiting the games that are sold here to hand held's and one game on the wii, not inherently bad but I feel it misses out on a fantastic opportunity for the game.)
So what does everyone think? Who has been waiting for this for years? Anyone afraid it will tank, justifying capcoms reluctance to publish? And what about the potential copyright fallout?
