Which mods are you using? Looks like for sure a Whiterun mod (more trees??) but yeah, that doesn't look like Bella's Better Females or Xenius's whatever it is... Not to mention the outfit and new body.

From the image filename I was able to work out that it's mod id 11187, which appears to be "Sexy Lydia Replacer." Yep, a mod just for Lydia.
