What is the cheapest computer (PC, desktop, laptop, etc.) that can run Team fortress 2, counter strike, games like that. Thanks is advance!

Just about any computer can run Counter Strike, If you have a computer with a PCIe slot in the motherboard you can buy a NVidia 9400 or Radeon 4350 for around 30 bucks and that will run TF2

That's pretty reasonable, from what I know those games are very forgiving.

There is an issue with a certain TF2 file being scanned over and over again by your anti-virus as you play, but you can easily make your anti-virus ignore it. I've heard this helps a lot.

As long as the PC has a power supply that supports a separate video card, your ready.
Most of them will do that.

You might also want to use the Can You Run It [http://cyri.systemrequirementslab.com/CYRI/intro.aspx] application whether your computer can run a game or not. Mind you, only globally of course, nothing beats testing for yourself.
